Yesterday I pushed an update to the WP Invoice plugin for WordPress.

Version 2.3 adds the Stripe embedded payment option on top of the already existing PayPal payment option.

Simply signup with Stripe and enter your API keys (either test or live) after you select Stripe as the payment option.
