2. Product Licensing & Usage

3. Updates
All plugins and extensions are always updated to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older products will run with future versions of WordPress. We are however committed to doing our best to make all products compatible with future releases of WordPress as quickly as we can.
With your purchase of any products on on this website, free updates will be provided for a term of one year from the time of purchase. After one year, a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving updates.
You can always download the latest version of of your plugin by visiting your account page. Do note that there may be a download limit during your active licensed year.
Additionally, as a free courtesy to buyers, we provide automatic updates through your WordPress dashboard. To utilize this feature, you will be given a license key with your purchase. This license key is for you, the buyer, only. We reserve the right to cancel your license key at any time if we deem that it is being abused.
4. Product Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep all our plugins up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. All plugins are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 4.1 or higher; any version prior to that may have problems with some functionality. The minimal requirement for our products is close to the same as WordPress, which is currently PHP 5.2.4 and MySQL 5.0 (see requirements). Please note: many of our plugins require PHP 5.3.
5. Browser Compatibility
Our products support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer > 9. Whilst we strive to give every theme and plugin a seamless & near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers.
In the case of a browser not support certain web standards, we will include a generic workaround for that browser, which will degrade a specific function / feature gradually and in a way that doesn’t affect the user experience negatively.
6. Product Delivery
After we have successfully received your payment, your Individual Product information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our website.
7. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Austin Passy and Frosty Media. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

All content, including imagery, published on this website (frosty.media), including site content published on the showcase, is property of Austin Passy and Frosty Media, and is under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Frosty Media website shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Austin Passy and/or Frosty Media.
9. Refund Policy
Since Frosty Media is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the individual product purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon checkout/payment completion on our site.
10. Support
Frosty Media offers these products “as is,” with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd-party components, plugins and themes. Further, we offer support via our support form only; for the duration of your valid license key.
11. Price Changes
Frosty Media reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change our individual product prices at any time without prior notice.
